THE KOOL LINE is a revolutionary app that works as a resource tool to provide detailed information on civil rights laws of the United States, provides nationwide civil and federal complaint offices, as well as community-based help organizations. The app also provides a navigation map for users to reach these offices.

Cleveland, Ohio, USA – Extravagant Care Services, Inc. a not for profit, 501c3 organization, based out of Cleveland, Ohio, USA, has contracted iTechnolabs a young startup tech company that develops next-generation app and tools for Android and iOS platforms that helps people with information, resources and assistance in the field of law and civil rights.

Hate crimes and discrimination of all sorts are prominent and critically important matters for individuals and families victimized by attacks in the United States, with significant and harmful effects on health and well-being. Today, there is a growing trend of racial discrimination, gender discrimination, and hate crimes throughout the world, but even more so in the United States. There are several laws, rules, and regulations which are in place to protect people against such crimes however, often people are not aware of these laws or their rights.

There are insistences where people do want to know more about specific laws of their state and file a complaint against any misbehavior they face. However; it becomes difficult to know where to turn for help, which governmental agency to contact for assistance, and directions to get answers.

Extravagant realized that disparate communities, those of minority groups or who are treated differently by the majority, historically have issues connecting to these vital resources and the agency began working on developing libraries of data, which not only provides the correct information and resources but also help users connect to the department of the appropriate government office or community-based support services. After months of hard work and compiling thousands of documents from throughout the country, including the FBI Hate Crimes Division, they introduced the app called “The Kool Line”.

The app provides comprehensive details about the steps you should take if you feel you have been a victim of a hate crime, the Civil Rights Act of 1968, Civil Rights Directory State and Local Agencies, Civil Rights Act of 1964, The Covid 19 Hate Crimes Act, Department of Justice Federal hate crimes laws, and gender-based discrimination laws and several other necessary documents supporting civil injustice.

The Kool Line app goes further by providing information about all community-based support organizations filtered by state, district, and city making it extremely easy for people to look for resources and departments when required. Not only that, it has a state-of-the-art built-in navigation system which helps in using map directions.

Founder of the App and Executive Director of Extravagant Care Services, Inc. Mr. Ron Fuqua explains this about the KOOL LINE app’s mission. “THE KOOL LINE was created to EMPOWER citizens of the United States by educating them about their civil rights and the resources available to them. The goal of the app is to assist in efforts to cool down hate crimes and other discriminatory practices with the aim of establishing a more peaceful America. As a tax-exempt organization, we appeal to all who stand for social justice, abhor hate crimes and believe in equal rights for all, to support our efforts with your kind donations. Your contributions will allow us to expand our services for victims of these crimes and keep the app’s technology current.” Go to www.extravagantcareservices.com to donate.
