Totally Products CEO Dan Rosenfield reveals why it’s crucial to have a flexible and open-minded approach to business for achieving success.

CEO Dan Rosenfield has shared views on his business strategy with Selena Singleton, head of Partner Activation at North America during the White Label Expo Event. Totally Products, the premier health and wellness products provider, is offering their white label services on all their goods. The company has experienced stunning success on Alibaba, the largest B2B e-commerce platform in the world, by selling their products through the platform’s White label and private label goods category.

The Alibaba connection created value much beyond the monetary aspect for the company and has helped them establish a robust online presence. Due to the Alibaba platform, Totally Products was able to create additional avenues of income. Even during the pandemic’s peak, when the USA was shut down for most businesses, Totally Products survived as they kept receiving orders from its core international customer base.

Totally Products had to face multiple challenges during COVID-19, such as shortages of raw materials, bottles, packaging materials, etc. Dan aims to put a more efficient inventory management system in place to deal with the problem in the future. He is also researching customers’ habits and wants to move proactively in crucial areas to compete with national brands in the private label business domain.

Dan also has plans to improve ways of staying connected with existing customers and finding new ones. The company will build more listings, create high-quality content on various e-commerce sites and drive more traffic to their business in the coming months and years.
